Real ID PSA

Starting October first, U.S. travelers will need to show a REAL ID to go through airport security.

This is a new driver’s license marked with a star in the upper righthand corner. Real ID’s are not

needed to drive or open bank accounts, but they will be needed to travel by commercial

airplane, visit military bases, or other federal facilities. For more information visit:
